Avatar creator
Problem
People don't always have a great picture they can use as an avatar. Some people, like some transgender people, don't feel their current physical appearance accurately represents who they are. Still others would like a way to express who they are without having to share an actual photo of themselves for privacy reasons. And some people just want to express themselves in ways they couldn't in reality like with non-natural hair colors and skin tones.
Proposal
It's becoming more standard for platforms to integrate some kind of avatar creator where a person can assemble a lookalike from a set of hair styles, body part shapes, etc. Probably the most flexible way to do this would be with rigged 3D models so that you could have a greater possible set of combinations without having to manually draw each one. This would also allow choosing a pose/expression for a greater range of personal expression
