When changing permissions of a folder/group of folders, permissions should be applied recursively to the folder/s.

Dolphin implements this but includes a checkbox to make it optional. Not sure how much sanity checking is needed before carrying this out. e.g. should it be limited to the user's home folder? Dolphin appears to allow setting the whole partition to to "No Access" although obviously I did not carry this out.
