After I connect (successfully) with a WebDAV via https, the server isn't saved so after restart of elementary I have to add again.

Are you using Files to connect or the commandline? You could try making an entry in fstab to mount the server on restart. Or bookmark a folder on the server?

I bookmarked a special folder, then I restart the computer, then I saved my password and then I restart my computer. So then webDAV didn't disappear so it might a workaround.

I do experience the same problem. Webdav connections are not saved after reboot.

Can also confirm issue. Bookmarking a folder in WebDAV looks like a temporary workaround.

This is one of several issues around saving an restoring remote connections. Opening a project for that subject.
