Document URL tags

Problem

We don't currently document or recommend URL tags, but they are important for knowing where to report issues, help with localization, etc.

Proposal

We should document the url tags we support in AppCenter and probably consider requiring at least the bugtracker URL

@danirabbit so the proposal you mean that we need to create or implement the website for to track the bugs or need to create something else i don't understand what you mean that? could you please describe more detail included

@Kissanth no this is about documenting the tags that are part of the linked app stream specification and that are supported in AppCenter. There currently is no mention of tags on our metadata page: https://docs.elementary.io/develop/writing-apps/our-first-app/metadata
