Dragging an pinned application out of the dock shouldn't delete the item.

It is much more common that I accidentally delete an item because I moved it out of the dock unintentionally than I use this feature to delete an item from the dock.

Feature

Dragging an pinned application out of the dock shouldn't delete the item. This behavior is already applied for programs that are open and have not been pinned to the dock.

To exclude a pinned item from the dock the user should press right mouse button -> uncheck Keep in Dock. As is done for folder items and unpinned applications (close action).
