Scroll over workspace to switch windows

Problem

There's not a way to access the window switcher via the mouse, only via Alt + Tab

Proposal

It would be cool to be able to scroll over a workspace to quickly switch windows with just the mouse

Scrolling over an app icon with multiple windows switches between them so why not 🤷‍♀
