Dissapearing App Icons

What Happened?

When an app is running, it sometimes disappears. You can see the empty space, and when you hover over it, the name of the running application shows up, but no icon. Please look into this and provide a fix. You guys have done well with the small fine-tuning of the operating system. Kudos!!!

Steps to Reproduce

Open app and it appears running on the dock. Then the icon dissapears.

Expected Behavior

The icon of the app should remain visibly until closed.

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
