Dock reveal on entire edge of screen

Feature

Currently, if the dock is hidden, it will only is revealed if you hover over the exact area the dock fills.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like for the entire bottom of the screen (or right or left) to trigger a reveal of the dock. This may interfere with hot corners.

Existing work In MacOS, the dock reveals over the entire edge of the screen where the dock resides.
