Replace Inter with Adwaita Sans

Problem

Inter has some ambiguities, notably on the lowercase l, which introduces a readability issue. It would be great to make sure the default font is as safe as can be of those.

Proposal

Switch in-place the default Inter to Adwaita Sans, which is pretty much a corrected version of Inter.

We can hitchhike on Gnome efforts on accessibility and design here.
