Preferences: more clearly indicate the binary between the minimap and scrollbar

Problem

At the moment we present the minimap as something that is turned on via a switch, but this doesn't clearly communicate that it replaces the scrollbar as the scroll indicator in the view

Proposal

Perhaps the design of this preference should more clearly indicate a choice between scrollbar and minimap using a modeswitch or radiobuttons or something that has more explicit implication that choosing one means not choosing the other

The simplest change would be to change the text to "Show MiniMap instead of Scrollbar" or "User MiniMap as Scrollbar".
