Show Weeks: Use GLib.Menu

Gtk4 prep. Use GLib.Menu. For now we still use Gtk.Menu.from_model for styling reasons. It's a drop-in for Gtk.PopoverMenu in GTK4. Do both at the same time so that we don't introduce an inconsistency in the menus
