Change time selection when editing an appointment using the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard

In a lot of programs where you enter time values (hh:mm or similar formats), it is possible, that when you have to cursor in or before either the hours or minute value, you can press the up arrow key on the computer's keyboard and the value gets incremented by 1. Likewise, pressing the down arrow key decreases the value by 1.
