Add default notification preferences dialog

I like to have multiple notifications per default (like 2 weeks before, 3 days before, 3 hours before) so that I get reminded frequently and in time about the things I have to do.

In google calendar, you can pre-configure different notifications (push / email) which are then automatically added to new appointments created in the calendar. I'd like to have that feature in a settings windows of elementary calendar.

Very cool if one could add a Google Account in elementary calendar so that both the existing appointments and the settings of notifications would be imported.
