Unchecking sources doesn't update other calendars

If I open Evolution and uncheck a source, those events no longer appear in the date time indicator. However, unchecking a source in Calendar seems to only affect calendar.

If unchecking a calendar hides it even outside of the scope of Calendar, should this maybe be part of the account setup in System Settings instead?
