This PR should publish this as to RubyGems as a jekyll theme.

Issues:

[ ] none of the files seem to be served right. I'm getting no errors about missing files, but / is just a list of all the posts.
[ ] We probably need to limit what files we upload as the theme. Exclude things like the _posts folder.
[ ] Auto increment the gem version?
