Search/filter “Installed” view

I think it'd make sense to use the search entry to search/filter results in the Installed view, i.e. so you could quickly find a specific installed app and see its updates, changelog, etc.

Something we should address if this is implemented is to be able to change it to a store-wide search; i.e. with a note somewhere (in an infobar) stating:

Searching installed apps. Search All Apps

Thoughts from @elementary/ux for how this would look/work?

I wonder if changing the text when it is not clickable to 'Search Disabled' may be better?

@ahoneybun that goes against convention of insensitive widgets, as it's up to the stylesheet to communicate that it's insensitive and the label should describe the thing that is not enabled. If it's unclear that the widget is insensitive, I'd consider that a stylesheet bug. For example, it's pretty obvious here in elementary OS:

I do think implementing filtering (plus the infobar to switch to searching all apps) would be a great way to make the search bar more useful across more views, though.

Well it's not understood why it's disabled more then anything. I think the search should be on the main tab if it can't be used in any other tabs of the application.
