What's new window height issue

What Happened?

I have a couple of pending updates: Almost all What's new windows look fine:

But for some reason there is an issue with the What's new window of Annotator. It opened on a different screen, with a height that's longer than the available space: When I drag it to my primary screen so that I can reach the bottom it still won't allow me to decrease the height.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on info icon next to Annotator update

Expected Behavior

The window is as height adjusts to the content, opens on the same screen as AppCenter and won't be larger than the available space.
