Remove accessories category

What Happened?

Currently developers are using accessories like a junk drawer instead of actually adding categories for their app. This gives this impression that categories are empty, even though apps exist that should be present in them

Steps to Reproduce

Open Accessories and see all the apps. Open categories and see far fewer apps

Expected Behavior

Apps should use proper categories instead of accessories. To incentivize this, we should remove the accessories category
