Double-clicking the AppCenter icon on the dock blocks it from opening.

What Happened?

If you want to open Appcenter but mistakenly double-click the icon on the dock, it will not open and will stop working. I had to end the process manually to be able to open it again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Double click the AppCenter icon on the dock to launch it.
2. App Center does not open and will never reopen if another click is made.

Expected Behavior

AppCenter should open normally, no matter if it's one click or two.

Is there anything I can do to support fixing the issue by debugging it?

At the moment it needs killall io.elementary.appcenter as a workaround.

Just to update this issue, the problem is still present in elementary 7.
