No refresh of the packages to be updated after start-up on Fedora 34

What Happened

The update packages list in AppCenter and notification number in Dock are right after the startup. But are no more afterwards, if new updates arrive, or if updates are made from the terminal, the list in AppCenter and notification number in Dock does not change.

Expected Behavior

Operation of the manual refresh and if possible when a package has been updated manually.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. After AppCenter notification at start-up, manully update or downgrade package.
  2. Manual refresh with alt click on AppCenter icon in Dock not working.
  3. "pckon refresh force" command works, this updates list in AppCenter and notification.

Platform Information

Fedora 34 with up-to-date nighly decathrope COPR. appcenter 3.6.1
