Warn if appdata description or summary calls out the platform

We should warn developers if their appdata summary or description contains "for elementary" or "for Linux". Maybe something like:

Don't call out the platform in your AppData

Since all apps in AppCenter are built for elementary OS, calling out the platform in your app's description or summary doesn't describe something unique about your app. Focus on describing what your app empowers users to do or helps them avoid doing.
