Tweet whenever a new app is published

Not sure if it should be from our account or a new account, but it would be rad if we automatically tweeted out the AppCenter link whenever a new app was published.

Sounds good to me. We could also do an RSS feed or something and then use IFTTT to tweet it. Whatever is easiest for @btkostner

Is this still something we want to do? We can set up a GitHub action to create an RSS feed for new releases. That's probably the best way to do this.
