Change license to GPLv3+

Needs approval from contributors. If that includes me, I approve. Unlicense doesn't put anything into the public domain between jurisdictions of different contributors, it only creates problems as such.

I guess this may prevent developers who want to use this template but do not want to license their app under GPL from choosing another license like MIT.

@ryoankano True, but nothing wrong with that. Probably could be something unencumbered like ISC too. Just getting away from Unlicense is the general idea. Part of a bigger attempt to unify the OS to as few (and functional) licenses as possible.
