[ELE-1441] Use links in test meta description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, links don't work in the test meta description. When a test fails. I want to have a link to a data source directly in the test description to fix the error in source data ASAP.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow to properly render HTML <a> tag in test meta description

Describe alternatives you've considered Support markdown instead of HTML.

@oravi @Hadarsagiv We have 2 different requests for URLs in sources node info. Maybe just like we are working on a dedicated node info for exposure we should have one for source? I can imagine this expanding to links that we capture via integrations, but start with giving the users option to configure (like in exposures)

I was also directed to this issue to make a related request. On test failures I want to embed links in the test failure row data (through the data that's selected from the test failure itself). E.g I would like something like this image to show a clickable link (either automatically on an https:// link or by me embedding HTML like the second, I don't mind!)
