Support email alerts integration

It would be great if we can send a notification to the support team via an email about an alert. Similar to the slack support, an email notification support would be wonderful. Or even an integration to AWS SNS or SQS would suffice.

In the interim if anyone has any workarounds that would be great. Goal is to send out an email alert.. any thoughts, suggestions?
