Ability to show the row count of a given model

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not a problem.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to see how many rows there exists in the current model and subsequently I would like to be able to see how many rows were generated per model-run. In other words, keeping track of the growth of rows for each models, over time.

Hey @thisiscab, There's already an option to see the growth of a table with defining a volume anomaly test without a timestamp column. What's exactly is missing for you?
