Send alerts via Opsgenie integration

Is your feature request related to a problem? There is a lack of integration to send alerts via other mediums besides slack. I currently have alerts going through Opsgenie where we take care of further alert management/routing and would like the same for elementary-data

Describe the solution you'd like Add integration with Opsgenie and have the ability to assign to different Opsgenie teams to send alerts

Describe alternatives you've considered Have my own query setup to look at the tables generated by elementary and have an script that write to opsgenie for alerting, which is set on a cronjob.
