[ELE-1933] Add support for day_of_month and day_of_quarter seasonality

The goal here is to extend the existing seasonality functionality and add additional options to it:

1. Day of month (1-31)
2. Day of quarter (1-92)

Suggested approach:

• You can see how the existing seasonality options are implemented here
• Additional macros similar to the existing ones should be implemented for the new options, and then used within get_anomaly_scores_query:
  • edr_day_of_month_expression
  • edr_day_of_quarter_expression
