Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Alert fatigue is a major issue for large business trying to keep track of what's broken and what's fixed. To some extent we can adapt alert frequency and triggers to mitigate this but I was thinking there's a brand new feature that could help.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of individual alert messages fired off to the void of slack, Elementary could keep track of alert messages and update them using the Slack API depending on their status. Once a model run that failed initially and triggered an alert has run successfully the initial alert would be updated to be solved. This turns Slack alert channels into a live interactive view of where the pipeline has issues.

Describe alternatives you've considered The elementary report site shows this but it would be great to have the feature native to slack where the rest of the alerting is happening.
