Add charts to the Elementary report to show test results by quality dimensions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. By following the blog Data quality dimensions: Tackling data quality with intentionality, I added test tags such as "dq:accuracy", "dq:validity", "dq:completeness", etc, to our dbt project.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to add some charts to the Elementary report to show test results by quality dimensions. For example, show the test results as pie charts for each quality dimension, and show radar chart for test results by six quality dimensions.
