直接行内显示日期面板，不会关闭

直接行内显示日期面板，像Calendar组件一样

选择完日期后面板就关闭了

We have consulted the designers before and they think it does not meet the design specifications. Perhaps we can take this opportunity to consult more people again.

Perhaps we can consider separating the panel into a separate component like ElCascader, ElCascaderPanel.

Or export the internal components for users to implement on their own.
