https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals/pull/2705 adds client-requested support for this to the spec, added in Matrix 1.11

Hello, is this related to having GIF as profile picture? I tried to search for that issue, but in end it lead me here from multiple old issues forwarding me from issue to issue. I don't see that it works(Element X, Android), it only puts 1st frame of GIF for profile picture. If this issue is not related to that, could someone forward me to it, or I can make new issue in Element X android thread? Sorry and thanks.
