Riot mobile doesn't support `data-mx-color` or `data-mx-bg-color` attributes

I have been trying to make consistently formatted HtmlNotice messages across the various platforms and was advised to use the 'data-mx-color' and 'data-mx-bg-color' attributes. While these work for riot-web, it appears that they are not supported by riot-android (the messages are displayed unformatted). I have been unable to test on riot-ios.

they're not hooked up on riot-ios yet either.
