No notifiaction sound on Riot 0.9.10

The room (between myself and my test account logged into riot-web) is set to all messages (noisy), in the advanced notification settings noisy notifications are set to make sound and vibrate.

So if my test account sends a message to the room, my phone will vibrate but will not play a notification sound.

Same problem here. S7 Edge running stock Samsung Android 8.0. It's a bit random though. Eventually there is a sound, maybe once every ten messages or so. Doesn't matter if screen is off or not. I guess this wont get fixed since they are working on RiotX - which might take another year.
