Room filter is case sensitive

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Element X
  2. Search for 'Patrick'
  3. Get back a Patrick whose display name starts with a capital P but not the Patrick I actually wanted whose display name starts with a lower case p

Outcome

What did you expect?

Find the right patrick

What happened instead?

Only Patricks

Just a remark that we still don't understand why search is case insensitive for the majority of users, but case-sensitive for a few.

Not sure if this applies to this specific case, but for me search is case-insensitive when fuzzy search is turned off (in dev settings, default), but becomes case-sensitive if at least one character is upper case and fuzzy search is turned on (especially annoying as iOS capitalizes the first letter by default).
