Editing old messages shows inconsistent content when they appear later

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit any old message
2. Close and reopen the app (sometimes just leaving the room is enough)
3. Scroll back to the old message (triggering pagination)

Outcome

What did you expect?

I read the new content of the edited message

What happened instead?

I read the old content of the edited message even if it appears as edited.

Just tested it and the issue seems to be solved! But I spotted another issue while testing, maybe is not too big of a deal since Matrix 2.0 is going to remove them but...

• Look for a message that has the info button on it (a message that was sent even if you were not verified)
• Try editing it
• Nothing happens.

As I said not a big of a deal, but I could redact the message fine so I don't see why I couldn't be able to edit it

@Velin92 Thanks for testing again! Could you reproduce the issue you're describing in the latest comment, with all debug packs enabled, and send it in the form of a rageshake or logs, please? There's definitely something fishy in there (as you've pointed out, it might be related to the verification status).
