codeblocks render pills

Steps to reproduce

  1. Find a synapse or bridge log in one of the public support rooms
  2. Try to read the log
  3. Be irritated by the code block not only showing raw text but parsing some of it and rendering rich content.

Outcome

What did you expect?

No pills or any other markup in code blocks

What happened instead?

pills in code blocks IMG_4004 There are instances where this is way more pronounced with multiple pills of multiple mxids, but I can't find my screenshot of it currently.
