Can't click links in chat when in a call

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a call
2. Minimise the call so you can see the chat
3. Click a link
4. ???
5. Nothing happens

On another device (Samsung), I've seen that it does work, but it takes about 5-10 seconds to process, and there is no feedback that you've clicked the link. On this device, if the call ends (and the link hasn't opened already) it looks like it opens then.

This effects all chats, not only the one where the call was initiated.

Press and hold to copy the URL does still work.

What did you expect?

Browser/app/whatever to open when clicking link.

What happened instead?

Link does not open. Or the opening is really delayed.
