The error message is a bit misleading, but it's doing the right thing: we don't want to show a notification for that event, but for CallNotify instead. Can you find that one in the troubleshooting screen? Logs would help too.
Have a Android 14 client upgraded from 25.06.2 to 25.06.3 From beyond the update this client is no longer ringing by incoming call. Just the camera appears in the top icons but no acustic notification. This happen when calling from an Android 16 client also with 25.06.3 and a iOS 18.5 client also with eX 25.06.3 for iOS.
Calling from a pc with element web 1.11.104 => acustic notification on Android 14 client starts!!
Can't declare what makes the difference?
Re-Calling from the android 14 client (25.06.3) to the android 16 client => EC is ringing on the android 16 very well.
Rebootet the android 14 client, cleared the cache, etc. etc. checked the accu / energy settings that android do not set the eX app to suspend mode or anything else nope all good, but no ringing at all. With 25.06.2 never had this problem.
