I can confirm this running the self compiled nightly version
I have tested again, and I can focus on the user avatar:
The read text is: "Settings button. Double tap to activate", which seems fine. Am I missing something?
Okay, that's strange, because I cannot focus that.
Hello,
I think it has changed somewhat recently i.e. in last two weeks or so.
According to fdroid, my most recent update was April 22nd, 2025. Also, for whatever reason, the f-droid update numbering and the actual update numbering in the app seem to be different.
For me the fix has arrived today with the update to version 25.04.3 via play store. Immediately before the update the settings button was not visible to Talkback at all, now it is. 🥳
That might explain it. I'm on 25.04.2. So when I get the update in the next couple of days, if it is fixed, I will go ahead and close this issue as completed.
Issue has been fixed.
