Show media in timeline reverted to "Always show"
Steps to reproduce
I don't know how to reproduce this.
In Settings -> Preferences -> Moderation and safety, my setting for "Show media in timeline" was set to "In private rooms".
Earlier this week I started Element Web and saw an image in a public room. Today it happened again, so I checked my settings.
"Show media in timeline" had changed to "Always show".

This should have been fixed by https://github.com/element-hq/element-web/pull/29924. But given you are on a newer version this is problematic.

But when it actually happened I was likely on an older version. I didn't report it for at least 2 days, possibly more

This was fixed way back in v1.11.101 sadly.
I've checked every day for about 4 days and it hasn't happened again. I will keep checking until @Half-Shot tells me we are giving up :-)
I'm unsure. Based upon the logging for "Performing+one-time+settings+migration" in the rageshakes the problem still appears to be happening for other users.
I've been checking every day and no change so far, but will keep checking just in case I can catch it.
OK, I've checked every working day for a month and nothing has happened, so I won't check every day any more, but will update here if I notice a change. Thanks!
Both of these preferences reset for me this morning. I am certain I did not change them.
