Yep, it would be one of these though:
@kongo09 to dig deeper on this we would need a screenshot of your Settings > Notifications as well as the View Source for the event for which you only shared the Room ID & Event ID. This event is encrypted so the only person who can get at it's source is yourself and the sender.
