Buttons have inconsistent sizes

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to settings
  2. Look at buttons

Outcome

What did you expect?

All buttons have the same height

What happened instead?

Height of buttons varies

This is another issue that would most likely be addressed by the redesign of settings described in https://github.com/element-hq/element-web/issues/27180#issuecomment-2004370784
