New Video rooms absolutely dreadful

Steps to reproduce

1. Joined video rooms
2. can't see people already in the rooms
3. Aweful 5 second delay to every spoken word
4. Randomly get disconnected because lol

Outcome

What did you expect?

It to be just as functional as the previous video room

What happened instead?

It's just straight up terrible and unreliable, I'm unsure which logs would help, but I'd be happy to send them.
