Ignore direct interactions from non-ignored users to ignored users

Is your suggestion related to a problem? Please describe.

As an Element user, I want direct/explicit interactions from non-ignored users to/with ignored-users to be ignored because I want to ignore all the context of ignored users including replies to their messages. These explicit/direct interactions include

  1. replies using the reply functionality which replaces the ignored-user's message with "Unable to load event that was replied to, it either does not exist or you do not have permission to view it."
  2. messages which includes the ignored user's username, e.g @ignored-user:host.top

Describe the solution you'd like.

Block displaying interactions with ignored users, either as default or opt-in functionality.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

None, but I can think of manually ignoring users who interact with my list of ignored users, which is a bad alternative and doesn't solve the problem.

Additional context

Example of point 1. element-reply-quote-to-ignored

I'd provide a choice: to completely hide the interactions, or to show it grayed or collapsed, so they attract less attention.

I would definitely replace useless meaningless message Unable to load event that was replied to, it either does not exist or you do not have permission to view it. with something meaningful and compact.
