[Story] Indicate pending messages in the room list

Description

• As a user
• I want to see if a message is pending (being still sent) in the room list
• So that I would be aware of that even if I am not no longer in that room.

This applies whenever there is at least one message that we're still trying to send. A clock icon appears next to the room name.
