Muting a room in EX sends it to the bottom of the new room list in EW
Steps to reproduce
Where are you starting? What can you see? Any room
What do you click? On EX, mute the room (I couldn't find an option to mute in EW) The room drops to the bottom of the new EW room list.
Outcome
What did you expect?
The muted room does not have any special ordering and notifications are simply muted. The room should still bounce up and down the roomlist with messages received, like any other room.
What happened instead?
The room is put to the bottom of the room list in EW, which renders it invisible.
On EX, the room does not drop to the bottom of the room list, as expected.

I believe muted rooms being at the bottom of the new room list was an intentional product ask
they were also at the bottom of the old room list IIRC but yes, this is intentional. Good to have this issue captured as feedback against that decision
