Standardise changing server login flows on EX

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install EX
  2. Open app and see "Be in your element" view, click "Continue"
  3. See "You're about to sign in to matrix.org", click "Change account provider"

Outcome

What did you expect?

Same UI on Android and iOS

What happened instead?

Android has two screens, but iOS has one

@kittykat BTW mind I ask is it OK to also remove "You're about to sign in to matrix.org" screen? This meant that (in your case) selecting "Continue" on the initial screen would directly ask you to enter a account provider.

This has recently got me the eyes due to https://mastodon.ar.al/@aral/110236405361940166 , but more importantly due to someone has found of thinking having this screen is wrong with the background of matrix.org premium account being announced.
