[Story] Scroll to most recent message

As a user that is not at the end of the timeline I want to have a shortcut to the most recent message so I don't have to scroll down manually.

• Show a button at the side of the timeline that scrolls automatically to the most recent message when the user taps it.

For UX: It is done on iOS. Is the design the right one?
