Profile picture in timeline rendered incorrectly when sending an image with bubbles enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Text Bubbles for Chat Timeline
2. Send Image
3. Profile picture is not rendered correctly, if however you send a normal text message first, its rendered correctly

Profile picture should be rendered in correct size

Profile picture is rendered too small
